Hiring Campaign


Elsie Mae’s has a good strong brand, so we don’t mind taking a little creative tangent on a campaign like the hiring drive we have in place for this spring.

We’re still using brand elements but also giving it a new flavor with a look of its own. The audience for the hiring campaign is a little different from our regular customers and we wanted to make sure they could quickly see what the existing team looked like and who we were looking for.

The campaign consists of Facebook event graphics and complementary posters for the store that feature both existing team members and all the available open positions.
